This South Tampa Pool home has an updated kitchen and bathrooms (the hallway bathroom has been partially updated). Our pool is enclosed and is serviced weekly. We utilize an in-line pool chlorinator so there's no need to worry about a chlorine pool floater. The A/C was replaced in March of 2021 so you'll enjoy the ice cold A/C with the Florida weather.
